All CESC teams from U11 to U19 will follow a specific protocol for Warm Up and Cool Down for training and matches.
The Pre-Training Warm Up is to be finished before training time begins. This ensures that training time is not wasted and players are properly prepared for the rigors of the training session.
The Cool Down will follow every training and match. This appropriate Cool Down is necessary to make certain that athletes are effectively lowering heart rate levels and ensuring that muscles recuperate from strenuous activity.
Both of these simple protocols take very little organization and should be led and accomplished by the players.
