Great Lakes Conference

The 2019-20 season will showcase two Express teams competing in US Youth Soccer’s Great Lakes Conference.  The 06 Boys Orange and 05 Boys Orange teams have both gained acceptance into the regional-based competition through promotion from the state level.

The 06 Boys Orange team will be participating in the Premier I division following a Spring 2019 season in which the team was promoted from GLC Premier II level into the top division for Fall 2019.  The competition will feature clubs from Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.  Express is the only Indiana club represented in the division.   The 06 Orange team is coached by Ryan Fier.

After back-to-back undefeated Indiana Soccer League championships, the 05 Boys Orange team will be participating in the GLC in Spring 2020.  The 05 Orange team is coached by Ty Smith.

The 06 & 05 age groups are the first boys teams to participate in a US Youth Soccer regional-based league since 2014 when the CESC 96 Boys team participated in the Midwest Regional League.
